Trade Joe's Hollandaise Sauce 1 Cup TJ's Clarified Butter 4 egg yolks salt and pepper to taste 3-4 Tbsp. lemon juice 1 Cup hot water to thin sauce as desired In a microwave or small saucepan on stove top, heat Trade Joe's Clarified Butter until hot (110 to 120 degrees F). In a blender, combine yolks, pepper and 2 Tbsp lemon juice and blend on high speed for several seconds. Eggs should start to turn a pale yellow. While the blender is running, remove center cap of lid or carefully remove the entire lide. Pour hot calrified butter in a thin steadm into egg mixture. Continue to blend until sauce starts to thicken. Add a tablespoon of hot water at a time to reach a creamy consistency that is not too thick. Taste and adjust the seasoning with the remaining lemon juice, salt and pepper. Blend to incorporate
